About the Conference

The 2026 KORCOS International Educators Conference will be hosted at Chadwick International on October 17, 2026, bringing together educators from international schools across Korea. This premier event attracts a diverse audience including Leadership teams, Administrators, Educators, and staff from administrative departments to share innovative practices, foster professional growth, and explore transformative ideas in education.

Last year, Chadwick International hosted 550 participants and featured over 70 presentations.

as we asked the powerful question: What if? to collectively reimagine education.

This year, KORCOS invites you to take the next crucial step: What Next? This theme is a call to action for educators to move from vision to reality, taking our reimagined ideas and putting them into actionable practice in this dynamic digital age.

We look forward to this year's event being even larger, offering more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together.

What next for personalized learning journeys, moving from theoretical models to practical, scalable implementation with human relationships at the core?

What next for teachers utilizing AI insights to foster humanistic, caring relationships while nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and character development?

What next for the integration of AI and human intelligence, ensuring our learning experiences adapt to each student while actively preserving our shared humanity?

What next for educational systems embracing equity by design, moving beyond awareness to actionable strategies where technology actively removes barriers?

What next... as we take our collective imagination and co-create the tangible future of education?

We'll explore these transformative questions through the lens of moving from theory to practice. This approach challenges us to implement new structures while preserving what matters most: the human relationships that are fundamental to meaningful education.
